The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's been almost a month since I have emailed about my return and still no answer. If you are not 100% sure about the item don't bother ordering, because if you want to send it back you won't hear from them and most probably wouldn't get your refund any quicker either. Still waiting to return the 4 bags as the return label that came with the package faded.
These bags are lovely and I bought my first one at Luton Airport, a couple of months later the twisted bit attached to the zip became unraveled and I could not for the life of me work out how to fix it, I happened to be flying from Luton again so my partner asked the gentleman on the stand, he just gave me a replacement bag, I was astounded and bought a backpack I'd been looking at.14 months later the zip went in the back pack, I contacted Fiorelli by email and they eventually replied saying their warranty was only 6 months but they gave me a discount code for 30% off a replacement bag, I'd of expected a bag of that price to have lasted longer, since then the same problem is happening with the zip attachment of the replacement bag, unraveling, even though it's hardly been used. Do I want to use the code and buy a replacement? I do like them but for the price their longevity seems not much and their customer service seems to be "buy another". I don't think I can justify the expense.

My bag was excellent when it arrived.
I did have a slight issue with the shipping, ordered next day delivery after 2pm on a Wednesday (so I knew they'd have to ship it out on Thursday as it was after the cut off). However on Friday I still hadn't received any shipping information so I contacted them to ask where the bag was. They never actually responded to my email which was a bit strange, but they immediately refunded the shipping charge and sent out the bag, which then arrived the next day (Saturday).
Edit: Changing to 5 stars as I realised they did email me to apologise amongst the other emails, somehow I missed it. They sent me a follow up email just then, presumably after seeing my review.
Poor customer service when enquiry made regarding warranty on a bag. Such a shame representation of company is poor when products are nice. Will not purchase from them again after this bad experience.
Not a good aftersales experience at all. Like other reviews mentioned my item has not arrived after 3 weeks. Says it has been sent by RM 48hr tracked.
But the tracking showing still at the Mail Centre since 2nd March. I've tried contacting the company but get no response. I'm now going through PayPal resolution centre for a refund hopefully. Very disappointed as I still want the bag. I think I will try and get from John Lewis.

Love love love! I have about 5 of their bags and a few purses, love each of them. The bags are beautifully made, such good price. They last a really long time, keep shape and look so glamorous.
I have never had an issue with customer service, bags have always arrived on time.
If I ever want/need a new bag I always go to Fiorelli. So many options and styles on their website.
Had a good first time experience with fiorelli. After ordering I saw all the reviews and worried that it would come in awful condition but my bag was packaged securely and the bag is in amazing condition!
Just verry upsetting experience... ordered four bags during a sale and got an email confirming a shippment but within three weeks my parcel hadn't reached the delivery service and was unable to track it. after contacting the Customer Service (almost a month after the order was made), received a message that my order somehow disapeared and a refund will be made. Asked them to offer me similar items for an equivalent price but got NO ANSWER AT ALL. Waited a week more and requested a refund... still havent received my money back.
Fiorelli stole my money. The bag arrived promptly, nothing wrong with it but decided to go with something else. I returned the bag and even after contacting them never got a refund. Now I have no bag and no money!
I ordered a black hand bag what a load of crap I spent 40 pounds ,the zip was broken ,the stitching was terrible ,I was so disappointed,this is the first time a fake web site got me i was so angry when this junk for a handbag arrived I am going to report them for a start DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE ALL THE THINGS ARE FAKE, In the end I put my fake rubbish bag in the bin
I've ordered from Fiorelli before and had an acceptable/non-problematic experience. HOWEVER, with my latest order my white purse has bright pink pigments all over it! I had purchased the purse to match two of the handbags I ordered at the same time. I don't want to keep the handbags without the purse, yet can't get a response re exchanging the purse for a non-faulty product. Looks like I'll have to return it all.
My main issue is that I emailed customer services over a week ago - no response. Non existent.
Ludicrous. Disappointed doesn't cover it.
I am so disappointed with a recent transaction I made on line
Placed my order and received it very promptly and was very pleased with my purchase
Two days later one of the zips broke on my new purse (which can happen)
I returned this using the return label provided and requested a replacement
Left it a week and heard nothing so emailed
Received an email confirming receipt but heard nothing since and was advised if I email again it would drop to the bottom of the queue which in my opinion is rather unfair
Left it another week and emailed again anyway!
Could anybody suggest any other action I could take as the telephone number for Fiorelli is not being answered giving the advice to contact by email
Puts the term of free returns in jeopardy
I have many Fiorelli purse/handbag combinations ... maybe it is time to rethink my choice!!!
